Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

Where we owe you a refund we will make such refund to you by the method you used for payment. We may make (full or partial) deductions from any refunds, as described below.

For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of an MSW® Glucose Monitoring Device or any of the Consumables on which the security seal has been tampered with or broken. If you return such items you will therefore not be reimbursed for them unless they were faulty;

If you are exercising your right to change your mind in accordance with clauses 5-12.7 of your Terms and Conditions, we also reserve the right to reduce the amount of any refund in proportion to the amount of time that we have already been providing services to you.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind in accordance with clauses 12.5-12.7 of your Terms and Conditions, your refund will be made within 14 days of us having received the returned goods in accordance with clause 12.7.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservices@mysugarwatch.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking of this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the MSW®

We only supply the MSW® DATA SERVICES, the MSW® Continuous Glucose Montior Transmitter and Charger, MSW® Electronic Weighing Scales, MSW® Glucose Monitoring Device, the Consumables and the MSW® App for domestic and private use. If you use any of them for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

 

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

MySugarWatch, Dallas Burston Polo Club, Stoneythorpe Estate, Southam, CV472DL

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
